Hello! I’m Katie, an experienced sewing teacher and life coach. 

I support people as they learn, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

In my South Cotswolds studio I offer 1:1 and small group sewing experiences for people looking to slow down, learn and express their creativity. I’ve been teaching students from my home studios and in their homes since 2015. I'm also a qualified Co-Active® life coach with over 12 years of experience supporting clients through personal and professional challenges and life transitions.

My work prioritises the creative and the reflective, the practical and the personal. Whether I’m teaching or coaching, I meet people where they are and support them as they take meaningful steps forward.

When I’m not working, I enjoy walking in nature with my dog, sharing food with friends, making new connections, dipping in the river, sewing, knitting, creating beautiful things, people watching on a Saturday morning at the local market, and the occasional silent Sunday.

I create and teach bespoke sewing classes from my home studio in Bisley, a picturesque village nestled in the Cotswolds. Stroud is just 3 miles away and is easily accessible by train, with direct services from London taking around 1 hour and 20 minutes.

I welcome individual students as well as small groups of up to four people. Each session is tailored to your experience, goals, and abilities. Together, we’ll shape a workshop that meets you at your current skill level, supports you to stretch and grow and aligns with your desired creative outcomes.

I specialise in working with individuals who feel stuck, fearful, lost or unfulfilled. By addressing and working through limiting beliefs, old stories and outdated routines and habits, I help my clients break free from what's holding them back.
