I specialise in working with individuals who feel stuck, fearful, lost or unfulfilled. By addressing and working through limiting beliefs, old stories and outdated routines and habits, I help my clients break free from what's holding them back.

Through our work together, you'll experience a mindset shift, feel more connected to your true self, and gain clarity on what you really want. 

I bring my whole self to my practice, including my own transformative experience through coaching, and overcoming and navigating various life challenges. My resilience and empathy allow me to connect deeply with my clients. The collaborative approach to my coaching is both supportive and powerful resulting in client transformation again and again.

  • Coaching is a thought-provoking process that allows you to reflect and gain awareness of who you really are, what's important to you and what you want to create in life. A coaching relationship provides a safe, neutral and unbiased space to explore different options and perspectives in order to make conscious choices about how best to move you forward. Coaching is not about giving you advice or answers, it's about unlocking and growing the potential that already exists within you. 

    Coaching can address any topic. The agenda is set by you, we will deep dive into any area where you are stuck or want to see change. Common topics are personal relationships, career, money, health and many more. Typically, clients find that by addressing one area it has a knock-on effect on other areas of their life. Often when looking at one area, other topics reveal themselves.

  • The Initial Conversation.

    I always offer a free conversation over the telephone where you can share your primary reasons for exploring coaching and ask me any questions about the process. We may dip into some coaching if it feels right, and you can work out later if it feels like a good match to work together. Theres no obligation or pressure to decide on the spot. The most important thing after the conversation is that it feels like a natural match where we are both genuinely excited about the process ahead. 

    The Discovery

    This is where the fun starts! The discovery session is typically 1.5 hours long. This session is all about the discovery of who you are and how fulfilled you are in all areas of your life currently.

    We will identify your true values, your goals, and your 'why' behind those goals. We will look at your purpose, or in other words the impact that you want to have in your life and/or the world around you. If you don't know the answer to all of this right now, don't worry, it is my job to guide you through the process.

    ​Another key part of the discovery is exploring and identifying any limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck or stopping you from living your full potential. 

    The discovery session sets the foundation for the coaching, and we will often refer to the information that is revealed here. This process is often enlightening, surprising and fun. Many people say that they feel much lighter following this session.

    The Coaching

    If you think of the discovery session as the initial exploration, this is the deep dive! During regular 1-hour sessions we will explore the specific topics that are important to you. I will ask you powerful questions around those topics, we will explore different perspectives, and I will likely challenge you on whether you are being true to yourself and your vision in the choices that you make. 

    The topics that you choose to bring to each coaching session will often relate back to the personal goals that we uncovered during the initial discovery session however this isn't always the case. New stuff may come up that needs to be processed before we can move forward. Different parts of our lives are often connected, which is why the primary focus of coaching is always you and your overarching sense of self. The more we explore this during the coaching, the clearer you will become on who you are, what you want and how to create it.

    ​Each coaching session will build on the other and there will be requests and homework for you to focus on in-between. This is where the real change starts to happen. As great as it is to talk and learn about who we are and what we want, the transformation comes from taking aligned action in line with that learning. 

    The Journey

    The coaching process is about much more than the coaching sessions in isolation. Each session will have an impact; however, it is the journey of coaching over a period of time when all of the pieces come together to create lasting change – transformation.

    It is about who you are becoming as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and make conscious choices to let go of old habits or limiting beliefs for the sake of a truer, more fulfilled version of yourself.

    ​Your mindset has been shaped over time; therefore, it is important that you give yourself the time and the space to recover back to who you really are i.e. the truest, most authentic and most capable version of yourself. This doesn't mean that there won't be plenty of lightbulb moments along the way, but it's when you take those moments and weave them into the bigger picture that the real shift occurs.

    ​When you sign up for one-to-one coaching it is not an 'off-the-shelf' personal development programme. It is 100% focussed and tailored to you, to help ensure that you achieve your full potential.

  • This coaching package includes:

    • ​1 initial discovery session (1.5 hours)

    • 5 fortnightly coaching sessions (1 hour)

    • Unlimited support between sessions over email or WhatsApp

    • In-between assignments

    • ​Duration: 3 months (based on fortnightly sessions) / £600

    Payment can be made using UK bank transfer (BACS) IBAN available for clients outside of the UK

    Payment for the coaching package is due prior to the Discovery session.

    Coaching sessions can be conducted on Zoom, WhatsApp or in person

  • I am a qualified Co-Active Coach, having professionally trained in 2013 with The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).

    I enjoy coaching clients on a 1:1 basis and have 12 years of experience coaching clients.
